Amazon's prep requirements are strict - and they change.
Wrong label placement, incorrect poly bag size, or a missing suffix on an FNSKU can mean a rejected shipment and fees. Our team stays current on Amazon's prep guidelines so your inventory doesn't come back. If Amazon updates their requirements, we update our workflow.

What Amazon-specific prep services do you provide?
Our team handles the full spectrum of Amazon compliance, including FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, suffocation warning application, multi-SKU kitting/bundling, and expiration date tracking. We prepare your stock to current standards and coordinate the pickup with Amazon-partnered carriers for both LTL (Pallets) and SPD (Small Parcel).
Can I run both FBA and FBM from your warehouse?
Absolutely. We support a hybrid model from our Rancho Cucamonga facility. You can keep your bulk inventory in one place, using us for FBA prep while we simultaneously fulfill your FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders directly to customers.
Do you handle Amazon FBA shipment rejections?
Yes. We specialize in "Rejection Recovery" for the Southern California region. If a shipment is flagged for errors at a hub like ONT8, LGB8, or SBD1, we receive the inventory, perform the necessary re-work (labeling, prep, or kitting), and coordinate the outbound transport back into the Amazon network to get your listings live again.
Can you manage both Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P)?
Definitely. We are fluent in both systems. We manage high-velocity Seller Central fulfillment and have the technical precision required for Vendor Central wholesale orders, ensuring every pallet meets Amazon’s strict routing and labeling specifications.
