What's the minimum monthly volume?
We work with brands shipping anywhere from a few hundred to tens of thousands of orders per month. No artificial floors. If we're a fit, we're a fit.
How fast can we actually go live?
That depends, how fast can you get your product to us? Jokes aside, most brands are shipping orders within 7–10 business days of signing. That includes WMS integration, inventory receipt, and SOP setup.
Do you lock us into a long contract?
No. Month-to-month options available. We'd rather earn your business every month than hold you hostage.
What does your pricing model look like?
When you request a quote you'll get a link to a custom quote page with transparent per-unit pricing for receiving, storage, and pick-and-pack. No hidden surcharges. You can also toggle quantity of each line item to see cost estimates as you grow your business.
What integrations do you support?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, ShipStation, and most major cart/marketplace platforms. Custom API integrations available.
