Yes - this is a core part of how we operate. We complete live unloads within the carrier's 2-hour free window on nearly every container, so you don't get hit with the empty line haul fee most slow warehouses trigger. In many cases, the fee you save covers the cost of our unload charge entirely.
How fast can you unload and receive a container?
Typically within 24 hours of arrival at our dock. You get a receiving report the same day with counts, photos of damages, and any flagged discrepancies.
What happens if there's damage or a count discrepancy?
We document everything at receiving from counts, condition notes, photos of damages, to unusual carton markings. You get a detailed report the same day so you can file claims with your supplier, freight forwarder, or insurer while the window is still open.
Can you prep for Amazon FBA from the same facility?
Yes. FBA prep (labeling, poly-bagging, bundling, FNSKU application) is done in-house right alongside your DTC fulfillment. No moving inventory to a separate prep center.
What's storage pricing look like?
Transparent per-pallet or per-cubic-foot pricing depending on your SKU profile. Your quote includes the full breakdown with no surprise reclassifications or hidden surcharges later.
Do you coordinate with my freight forwarder, drayage vendor, and customs broker?
Yes. We work alongside your existing import partners so containers route smoothly to our dock. We don't handle drayage or customs ourselves, then we handle everything from receiving onward.
What's the minimum monthly volume?
No hard minimums. We work with importers bringing in anywhere from 1 container a month to 10+.
